Small Machine Room Elevators
With small traction machine and thin control cabinet in use, VOLKSLIFT downsizes the measures of machine rooms. Compared with traditional elevator machine rooms, the height is reduced by 250 mm and the space by nearly 70 %
Control & Drive
Each and every control is programmed and
tested in VOLKSLIFT control production. Since the control is a core component we offer a choice of different controls with different functionality and origin including cost effective standard solutions with integrated VVVF and control up to load-sensitive multicar-groups, complex remote-control applications or destination control.
VOLKSLIFT presents optional top of the art synchronized gearless motors of German origin. TCO (total cost of ownership) can be reduced significantly – an attractive opportunity for long term oriented developers.

VOLKSLIFT Passenger elevators provide two core advantages: Reduced construction dimensions due to small or none machine
room designs and enhanced space feeling due to higher cars and wider doors that improve the comfort of passengers.
- The cabin height is enhanced from 2400 mm to 2500 mm for a better space feeling.
- Cabins for 800 kg net load: Enlarged door width from 800 mm to 900 mm leads to 100 mm gain of comfort.

LED lighting is green and protect environment
LED lamps transfer 90 % of the energy into light, have a low heat dissipation, have a long lifetime and thus is cost-effective and environment-protective.
Automatic control of car lighting system
Whenever the elevator is not used, car light is switched off to save energy and turn back to normal operation immediately, if required.
Permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine
Compared with traditional technology, operating cost and energy dissipation of synchronous gearless motors are lower and save up to 30 % of energy.
The elevator’s potential energy is regenerated to electric energy and given back to the grid, which saves up to 30 % of electric energy.

The use of advanced sensors and real-time feedback signals realize precise levelling and multiple door safety features to ensure passengers’ safety.
ARD and emergency light
In case of power failure, the emergency battery provides light for the cabin and access to the alarm communication means. The ARD automatically reliefs passengers by moving the cabin to the next floor
The elevator intercom system connects passengers, technicians, and safety facilities independent from external communication means like phone or GSM.
